This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
We want you to be happy with the services we provide at Third Team Media. If you are not satisfied with your service, you may notify us within 10 days from the date of your payment to Third Team Media for product packages paid in advance. Refunds for any services will only be considered if requested within 10 calendar days from the day of any agreed-upon payment accepted by Third Team Media as a service payment (i.e. deposits, contract payments, etc.) and only when the agreed-upon product package or campaign has not been started/rendered for the month paid for in advance based on the conditions detailed below for the type of work.
If we cannot resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, we may issue a partial refund based upon the nature of the project, any necessary expenses already paid, the terms and specifications outlined in any contracts pertaining to the said project, and any additional factors that may be relevant.
Third Team Media maintains exclusive copyright for all files, images, text and intellectual property rendered and/or distributed by our company at all times until 6 months after the date of final delivery to you (the client) of any design-related work. If a client disputes a monetary charge within 6 months of the delivery date, Third Team Media reserves the right to reclaim all aforementioned items and the client agrees to immediately relinquish any and all rights and possession to any and all materials they have received from Third Team Media. Until this time, the client agrees not to modify or distribute any content, files, materials, plans or any other items they have received from Third Team Media unless given Third Team Media’s express written permission to do so.
For any design-related or content-related service, you will be charged a deposit up-front. You can receive a 50% refund (of this deposit) within the 10 calendar days noted and prior disclosure to you of the first draft or mockup of any design-related or content creation work. After the first draft has been shown, the deposit is no longer refundable.
For any web development related service, you will be charged a deposit up-front. You can receive a 50% refund (of this deposit) within the 10 calendar days noted and prior disclosure to you of the first web development mockup or iteration of any development work. After the first web development mockup or iteration has been shown, the deposit is no longer refundable.
For any social media management services or product packages, you will be charged a setup fee, first-month deposit, and last month deposit up-front. After the start of the contract month, no refunds will be issued for the contract month. cancellation is only allowed with a written 30 days notice (on your contract monthly anniversary date).
For any ad spend, no refunds will be issued for campaigns already started or pending campaigns to be completed.
No refunds are provided for services already considered rendered or for pending services to be completed.
Refund Process:
Refund requests must be made in writing to the company email contact you have on file.
Refunds will be issued back to the credit card that payment was originally made on.
